Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Co-founder, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Growth Hacking expert. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and spearheading growth initiatives.

You will manage research efforts to identify market trends, communicate with stakeholders to develop marketing strategies, and leverage analytics to optimize performance. As a key member of the leadership team, you will significantly influence the company’s growth trajectory and brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and optimize marketing campaigns
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with the team, stakeholders, and customers
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and growth strategies
• Ability to conduct thorough Research, gather insights, and apply findings to drive decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth hacking
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency domains is a plus
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms

Requirments

This is a part-time role and the bulk of compensation will offered in equity with minimal cash salary

you will be educated about how multi-sig wallets work and expected to create one as part of the screening task

Prior experience working with Marketing / Growth hacking mandatory
