About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing/ Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our marketing function. This role requires a strategic marketing leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing within the CRM, ERP, MarTech, or CPaaS ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be an all-round marketer with expertise across event marketing, product marketing, and performance marketing, capable of driving brand growth, demand generation, market positioning, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
- Establish and track marketing KPIs, ensuring measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue growth.

- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through impactful event programs.

- Build relationships with industry associations, partners, and event organizers.

- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise customers.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and new market initiatives.

- Enable sales teams with compelling collateral, presentations, case studies, and sales tools.

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Utilize analytics and marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.

Required Qualifications
- MBA from a reputed business school (strongly preferred).B.Tech or equivalent technical degree (preferred).10+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong career growth trajectory.
- Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in B2B environments.
- Prior experience in CRM, ERP, MarTech, CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.
