Role: Study Abroad Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities and career pathways
• Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and programs based on their profile and goals
• Provide information on admissions requirements, application processes, visas, and scholarships
• Assist students with applications, documentation, SOPs, resumes, and university submissions
• Follow up with prospective students and manage the admissions pipeline effectively
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counseling, admissions, or education consulting
• Strong communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of major study destinations including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe
• Ability to guide students through the complete admissions process
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office tools
• Bachelor's degree required
