About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Counsellor to support admissions for our Full-Time PGDM and MBA programs. The role involves counselling prospective students, managing inquiries, and converting leads into admissions while ensuring an excellent applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding PGDM and MBA programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
• Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
• Explain program features, fee structure, and admission requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Student Counselling, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office applications.
