Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to drive admissions for full-time PGDM and MBA programs. The role involves counselling prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding PGDM & MBA programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Handle calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries effectively.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
• Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
• Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.

Requirements

12th Pass or Graduate.

1–5 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, or academic counselling.

Good communication, counselling, and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
