We are one of the world's largest, fully vertically integrated diamond and jewellery houses — from growing diamonds and cutting & polishing, through design and manufacturing, to distribution across retailers and our own brands. We're building an in-house AI creative capability, and we're looking for the person to power it.

You'll turn a single diamond jewellery render into a month of marketing — producing ad creatives, social content, product visuals, videos, and full campaign concepts at scale, while cutting production time and our reliance on outside agencies.

What you'll do

• Create marketing images, videos, and social content using AI tools.
• Generate jewellery product renders and lifestyle photography without traditional photoshoots.
• Produce banners, emailers, landing pages, catalogs, and digital ads.
• Develop retailer presentations and campaign assets that help close sales.
• Build and document repeatable AI workflows for the creative team.
• Support sales teams with customized, on-brand marketing materials.
• Train internal teams on AI-powered content creation.

What you bring

• 3–5 years in design, content, or creative production
• A strong design eye: layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency.
• Hands-on experience producing real creative with AI image, video, and copy tools.
• A portfolio of campaign or product creative you've shipped.
• Speed and volume without losing quality or polish.
