About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented real estate marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of an upcoming luxury real estate project. This is a high-involvement role requiring someone who can independently manage timelines, coordinate between teams and vendors, travel to site regularly and ensure smooth day to day execution across all verticals of the project.

The real estate marketing manager will act as the central execution anchor for the project on-ground and across stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution and coordination of the project
• Manage timelines, deliverables, follow-ups and project workflows across teams
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, consultants and external stakeholders
• Travel to site regularly or whenever required for inspections, meetings, shoots, activations and execution requirements
• Ensure smooth communication between management, creative teams, marketing and on-ground execution teams
• Track progress across branding, marketing, content, events, partnerships and site-related activities
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, status updates and reporting systems
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and ensure timely resolution
• Assist in shoot planning, celebrity/influencer coordination, launch activities, and experiential initiatives when required
• Ensure all deliverables are executed in alignment with brand vision and timelines

Requirements

• A couple of years of experience in project management, brand management, real estate marketing, events, or related fields
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently
• Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground execution
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
• Experience working in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, or large-scale experiential projects is preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, presentations, and reporting
