We are a full-service digital agency based in Mumbai working with 8–10 clients at a time — by design.
Every client gets strategy-first thinking, a dedicated team, and founder oversight. We work across marketing strategy, social media, advertising campaigns, performance marketing, and web design. We are not a content mill.
We are growing our team to bring on an Account Manager who will lead one of our most exciting current mandates — a 360° brand and community strategy for a national B2B food ingredients brand with presence in India and the GCC.
The Role
This is not a coordination role. It is a thinking role with coordination responsibilities. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, the creative and strategic engine behind the content programme, and the person who ensures that what gets delivered is genuinely excellent — not just on time.
You will work directly with the founder and the internal creative team on a strategy that involves community building, chef-focused content, influencer partnerships, broadcast channel management, trade event activations, and B2B lead generation — all under a single campaign platform.
What You Will Do
Client Management
- Own the day-to-day client relationship — calls, approvals, briefs, status updates
- Build and maintain the trust of senior client stakeholders through proactive communication and strategic input
- Translate client feedback into actionable creative briefs without losing the strategy
Content Strategy & Calendar
- Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Broadcast, LinkedIn, and Instagram Broadcast Channel
- Develop content ideas rooted in the brand strategy — not templated formats
- Write or brief copy for social posts, captions, Broadcast Channel dispatches, and campaign communication
- Coordinate with the design and video team to ensure creative output matches strategic intent
Campaign Ideation
- Contribute original ideas to campaign development — content series, engagement mechanics, community IP
- Research chef culture, HORECA trends, regional cuisine, and ingredient stories to fuel the discovery content platform
- Identify cultural moments, culinary events, and industry news that can be activated for the brand
Community & Influencer Management
- Coordinate the chef influencer programme — briefing, content review, relationship management
- Manage community engagement on Instagram and WhatsApp Broadcast
- Support the identification and onboarding of new Collective members and chef partners
Reporting & Performance
- Track weekly and monthly performance against agreed KPIs — community growth, engagement, lead generation
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insight and recommendations, not just numbers
- Flag what is working, what isn't, and what should change — proactively
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital agency or brand marketing role, with clear account management responsibilities
- You have managed B2B or professional audience content — ideally in food, hospitality, lifestyle, or a knowledge-driven category
- You can write. Not just captions — you can write a strategy rationale, a creative brief, a campaign idea, and a client email, all in the same day
- You understand Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn as platforms — not just as posting tools but as community and business development channels
- You are comfortable working with a creative team and giving direction — not just passing briefs along
- You are naturally curious about food, culture, and stories. This account is built on culinary discovery. If you don't find that world interesting, this is not the right role
- You are organised enough to manage a complex content calendar but flexible enough to respond to a brief that changes on a Tuesday afternoon
Nice to Have
- Experience with HORECA, food service, or B2B brand accounts
- Familiarity with the Indian chef community, culinary institutes, or food trade media
- Experience managing WhatsApp Business Broadcast or Instagram Broadcast Channel
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads (you won't run campaigns, but you should be able to brief and review them)
