Legal & Compliance Executive (Liaison Officer)

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Legal & Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal drafting, ensuring organizational compliance with statutory regulations, and handling liaison work with various government departments.

If you have a strong background in law, excellent communication skills, and are comfortable traveling for government office coordination, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and vet various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, affidavits, legal notices, and replies.
• Statutory Compliance: Monitor, understand, and ensure the company strictly complies with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Government Liaisoning: Visit various government offices, municipal bodies, and regulatory authorities to represent the company, submit applications, and resolve statutory issues or disputes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal and compliance risks in business operations and suggest effective solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all legal filings, licenses, permits, and compliance certificates.
