SUMMARY

The successful candidate will lead a team of Driver Trainers and oversee the training centre, ensuring compliance, high training standards, and continuous improvement.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team of Driver Trainers. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training centre. Develop, implement, and continuously improve driver training programmes. Ensure compliance with all relevant transport, safety, and regulatory requirements. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records. Identify skills gaps and implement development initiatives.

Drive a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Prepare training reports and provide insights to management. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in a Training Officer, Training Manager, Driver Trainer, Learning & Development, or similar role. Experience within the transport, logistics, fleet, or related industry would be advantageous.

Strong understanding of training administration, skills development, and compliance requirements. Experience managing or leading a team. Excellent organisational, planning, and administrative skills. Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with strong coaching and mentoring skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
