Introduction
Delta Built Environment Consultants is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of the Group's IT infrastructure, network, security, business systems, and end-user support environment.
This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure, and scalable IT environment supporting approximately 200 users across multiple business units and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, storage systems, and cloud services.
- Oversee the deployment, support, security, and lifecycle management of approximately 200 end-user devices.
- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization platforms, and backup systems.
- Manage VPN connectivity, remote offices, telecommunications, CCTV, access control, and business-critical applications.
- Ensure system availability, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology budgets.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, and the company's upcoming office relocation from an IT perspective.
- Provide technical leadership and support across the organisation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Management role.
- Experience supporting 150+ users in a corporate environment.
