LVMH Beauty Middle East & Africa oversees an area of 52 countries and 53 airports in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents’ structures.YOUR MISSION ____________Based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Senior Finance Controller, the Intern will work closely with the Guerlain Regional team and HQ teams as « Business Partner » to monitor the global performance of the region.

The main responsibilities will be :Prepare and review various financial data outputs: daily and monthly sales, P&L templates.

Assist in monthly commercial analysis on sales, margin, profitability per door, per channelSupport Financial Controllers in the monthly and quarterly closing process and review financial statements.

Assist in actual costs review against budgets and prepare revisions highlighting areas of overspend to management by store.

Contribute to budget process including submission of the required reports within deadlines.

Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

Participate in book-keeping operations according to the IFRS Principles and assist with local legal and fiscal requirements in ensuring smooth & accurate financial processes.

Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.PROFILE ________Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance (or similar)Meticulous, detail oriented and well organized, capable to handle multiple priorities and multi-tasking while respecting deadlines.

Hands-on, self-starter and problem solver, ability to work effectively in a constantly changing and pressured environmentMotivated and proactive with good social and communication skills.

Basic accounting knowledge is a must.

Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Previous experience in finance would be a plus.
