STYLI marketplace has quickly become a leading player in the e-commerce fashion space across the GCC - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait and in India.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end marketing campaign shoots – from concept and mood boarding to execution, including onboarding, and managing production houses and freelancers.

Oversee and mentor a team of Arabic & English copywriters and in-house video content creators to produce impactful, on-brand content.

Build and grow Styli’s organic social channels – Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube – through sharp strategy and engaging content.

Collaborate with UGC creators and influencers to produce authentic, trend-driven content.

Partner closely with Creative Manager, designers, performance marketing, CRM, influencer, and brand teams to ensure creative consistency and impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in fashion & lifestyle content creation.

Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion e-commerce, content or branding.

Strong creative vision with an understanding of digital and social trends.

Leadership experience managing cross-functional creative teams.

Arabic speaking is a strong plus.
