At One Drive Portal, we’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content & Growth Specialist who can help take our content, brand presence, and online visibility to the next level.

This is not a management role. We are not looking for someone to only create strategies or manage from a distance. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating, improving, testing, and executing content.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating and improving content across our key marketing channels.

Your focus will be clear: make our content stronger, improve our online presence, support lead generation, and help One Drive Portal look more professional, visible, and attractive to potential clients.

You will work closely with our Paid Ads Specialist to make sure our content, creatives, and campaigns support performance and generate better results.

We are looking for someone creative, proactive, and hands-on. Someone who can spot content opportunities quickly, turn ideas into strong posts and creatives, and improve what we already have.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and improve content for social media, website, ads, and campaigns
• Write captions, marketing copy, and campaign content in English
• Develop content ideas that match our brand and target audience
• Support visuals, short-form content, reels, and content concepts
• Improve the look, feel, and quality of our online content
• Identify trends and turn them into relevant content ideas
• Help improve our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
• Work closely with the Paid Ads Specialist on ad creatives and campaign content
• Support lead generation through consistent and effective marketing activities
• Test different content formats, hooks, visuals, and messaging
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of content creation and social media
• Good eye for branding, visuals, hooks, and what makes content attractive
• Able to write clear and engaging content in English
• Basic understanding of lead generation and campaign performance
• Experience with short-form content, reels, or campaign creatives is a plus
• Creative, proactive, and hands-on
• Comfortable creating and executing, not just planning
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast
• Currently based in Dubai
