The company is looking for a Technical Office Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing the technical coordination for a high-specification fit-out project, particularly where complex systems like audiovisual, security, IT, and environmental controls meet architectural finishes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interface and integration management, with experience in coordinating specialist systems and leading shop drawing reviews. A construction-first mindset and the ability to proactively identify and resolve clashes using BIM tools like Navisworks are essential.
This position requires a BSc in a relevant engineering field and 10-15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in high-specification fit-outs. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Project, along with familiarity with relevant standards and bilingual skills (Arabic/English), are also necessary.
