Role Summary
UAS International is seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and highly articulate International Immersion Program Admission Counselor & Travel Consultant. This is a premium hybrid profile designed for a sharp professional who can seamlessly manage institutional admissions, drive business sales, lead public relations, and oversee end-to-end global academic travel logistics.
You will act as the face of the company—bridging the gap between elite educational institutions, corporate giants, and global universities to deliver life-changing international academic immersion and certification programs.📈
Key Responsibilities

- Student Admissions, Sales & Institutional Counseling
- Drive Enrollment: Counsel students, parents, and academic departments on the immense career value of international immersion programs and certifications (e.g., AI, Digital Trust, Global Management).
- Strategic Outreach: Reach out to institutional heads, vice-chancellors, and department leads across India to pitch and onboard cohorts for upcoming international projects (such as Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bali, and Europe).
- Lead Conversion: Manage registration pipelines, handle student queries, float co-branded marketing creatives, and close admission files efficiently.

- Travel Operations & Project Execution
- End-to-End Logistics: Plan and coordinate group travel layouts for large student cohorts, academic delegates, and faculty.
- Vendor & Travel Booking: Manage flight blocks, hotel allocations, insurance, ground transport, and daily meal routing on private coaches.
- Visa Management: Supervise precise document collation, manage embassy timelines, and ensure accurate submission for single and multiple-entry student visas.

- Public Relations & Strategic Brand Visibility
- Corporate Alignment: Position UAS International as a trusted global partner by drafting compelling proposals, MoUs, and service agreements.
- Network Expansion: Leverage professional channels like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and physical institutional visits to build a robust B2B network.
- Event Representation: Represent the organization at academic summits, educational expos, and formal certificate distribution ceremonies.🎓 Qualifications &
Key Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Communications.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Academic Admissions, Counselor roles, Corporate Sales, or International MICE Operations.
