Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
• Oversee all clinical and non-clinical functions including OPD, IPD, emergency, diagnostics, support services, pharmacy, facilities, etc.
• Ensure operational processes are standardized, efficient, and aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Implement systems and workflows to optimize patient care and operational performance.
• Financial & P&L Management
• Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of the hospital.
• Monitor key financial metrics — revenue, costs, margins, EBITDA, operational expenses.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities without compromising quality of care.
• Work closely with finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Collaborate in developing the hospital’s strategic growth plan.
• Drive initiatives to increase revenue streams (clinical services, diagnostics, speciality programs).
• Evaluate and implement new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare statutory requirements, NABH/NABL standards, and other quality certifications.
• Implement quality improvement programs and patient safety initiatives.
• People & Culture
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team across departments.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-centric service.
• Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and succession planning.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with doctors, department heads, administrative teams, and external partners.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
