Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager / CMO to lead our marketing initiatives in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding, patient acquisition, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record in healthcare or clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient growth
• Lead brand positioning and awareness campaigns
• Manage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, paid campaigns)
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities (events, camps, partnerships)
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and patient behavior
• Handle marketing budgets and ROI optimization
• Collaborate with doctors, operations, and sales teams
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–15 years of marketing experience, with mandatory healthcare experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or aesthetic industry preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and brand visibility
