Overview
We are seeking 2 skilled and compassionate CMT/Massage Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, focusing on their individual needs and promoting overall wellness. You will utilize various techniques to enhance patient comfort and aid in pain management while ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and create tailored treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and tension.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions.
- Proficiency in traditional Thai, Swedish, prenatal, deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy for pain management.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices.
- Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a focus on individual client care.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Must speak English & Thai.

- Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour + 100% tip.
