Oversee daily delivery & assembly operations and ensure on-time performance
Monitor KPIs, improve efficiency, and reduce operational failures
Lead and manage field teams (drivers, assemblers, operations staff)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Handle client coordination, reporting, and issue resolution
Drive compliance with company policies and SLAs Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics operations with team handling
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in delivery, courier, or assembly operations preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
