About the Opportunity
A growing lifestyle and apparel brand is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join its boutique team at Brickell City Centre. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, engaging shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, styling recommendations, and purchases
- Build strong product knowledge and confidently communicate brand features and benefits
- Support individual and store sales goals
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique remains client-ready
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support stockroom organization and daily operational tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Ability to balance both customer-facing and operational responsibilities
