Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their style and needs
• Provide expert advice on clothing fit, styling options, and current fashion trends to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain visually appealing displays by implementing planograms, visual design principles, and store remodeling plans
• Manage inventory control through stocking, merchandising, pricing, and organizing merchandise to optimize sales potential
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling processes
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting store promotions, branding efforts, and special events
• Train new team members on customer service standards, product knowledge, POS operation, and store policies
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards through regular cleaning and interior design upkeep

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; supervisory or store management experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in multiple languages if applicable
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects is advantageous
• Knowledge of schematics, merchandising techniques, planograms, and interior design principles beneficial for visual presentation roles
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS operations, cash handling, and retail math required
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training & development of team members
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, remodeling spaces, and maintaining cleanliness
