Implement and maintain a robust document control system, adhering to industry standards and project-specific protocols to guarantee efficient information flow.
Oversee the timely submission, review, and approval of all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
Establish and enforce strict numbering, filing, and retrieval procedures to prevent document loss or duplication and maintain version control. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the construction industry.
Proficiency in industry-standard document management software and advanced MS Office Suite skills.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, workflows, and technical documentation requirements.
