About The Role
The Head of Supply Chain will own and lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Manufacturing Coordination, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Customer Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Excellence.
This role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking and operational execution. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling supply chains in high-growth consumer businesses while maintaining strong service levels, operational efficiency, and working capital discipline.
You will work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to build a resilient, technology-enabled, and customer-centric supply chain organization capable of supporting rapid business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the company's long-term supply chain strategy.
- Design the operating model required to support rapid growth.
- Build scalable supply chain capabilities across planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Develop a roadmap for supply chain transformation and automation.
- Partner with leadership on growth planning, expansion initiatives, and new market entry strategies.
- Serve as the primary supply chain advisor to the executive team.
- Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning Establish best-in-class demand forecasting processes.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Improve forecast accuracy and planning discipline across the organization.

- Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Develop sourcing and procurement strategies across all spend categories.
