About The Role
We are looking for a relentless, self-starting Business Development Manager (BDM) to build our global and enterprise outbound sales pipeline from scratch. This is a pure "hunter" role designed for an individual contributor who thrives on finding hidden opportunities, navigating corporate gatekeepers, and opening doors directly at the CXO level.
You will not rely on inbound leads or software publisher referrals. Instead, you will use targeted, direct outbound strategies to win high-ticket Odoo Enterprise implementation, migration, and consulting contracts.
While you have the freedom to tap into high-growth international markets like the GCC and Europe, you will also actively target mid-to-large corporate clients right here in India who demand high-value, premium enterprise solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct Outbound Sourcing: Independently research, list, and map mid-market and enterprise accounts globally and domestically (specifically targeting verticals like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Trading running legacy or unmaintained ERP systems).
- Strategic Market Prioritization: Execute focused outbound campaigns across the GCC (leveraging regional triggers like e-invoicing compliance), Western Europe, and high-ticket Indian domestic corporate sectors.
- Job-Board Interception: Track international and domestic job boards for companies hunting for in-house Odoo talent or struggling with messy implementations, and pivot those into agency service pitches directly to CIOs and CFOs.
- Hyper-Personalized Outreach: Execute outbound hunting cadences via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personalized cold email, and consultative phone outreach to target CIOs, IT Directors, and CFOs.
- The "Foot-in-the-Door" Strategy: Pitch low-friction, high-value technical entry points (such as Free Odoo Code/Database Health Audits or Migration Assessments) to win initial trust.
- SOW & Proposal Closing: Collaborate closely with our internal Lead Functional Consultants to design technical proposals, build commercial models, and drive the deal to a signed contract and advance payment collection.
Requirements & Qualifications
- The Outbound Hunting DNA: 4+ years of solid experience in international or domestic B2B IT services sales, with a minimum of 2 years spent strictly hunting ERP deals (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
- Proven Direct Outbound Track Record: Documented success closing 5-figure USD (or high-ticket INR) contracts without relying on inbound marketing leads or external referrals.
- Cross-Border & Domestic Enterprise Expertise: Deep familiarity with business landscapes and decision-making patterns across GCC, Europe, or the Indian corporate sector.
- Strict Price Guardrail Discipline: Proven ability to qualify deals effectively, focusing entirely on mid-market and enterprise implementations while bypassing low-ticket, high-maintenance customizations.
- High Technical Literacy: Ability to talk confidently about legacy ERP migration traps, multi-company accounting consolidations, GST/regional tax compliance, and operational ROI with a CFO or CIO.
- Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the gravitas required to challenge and consult corporate decision-makers.
