Ideenkreise Tech is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads and acquire projects through Upwork
• Identify suitable opportunities and submit winning proposals
• Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship building
• Negotiate project requirements and coordinate project closures
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets

🔹 What We're Looking For

• 1.5+ years of experience in Business Development through Upwork
• Exceptional English communication and client handling skills
• Strong expertise in proposal writing, bidding, and lead generation
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into projects
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
• Experience working with IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions is an added advantage
