Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape thoughtful, intuitive, and high-quality experiences for the people who use our products every day. In this role, you will design member-facing experiences that help people navigate their health journey with greater confidence, clarity, and motivation.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, clinical, data, and commercial partners to create intuitive, user-centered solutions from concept to execution, including discovery work, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and validation.

What You’ll Accomplish Design end-to-end member experiences across key product surfaces, from early exploration to detailed execution and post-launch iteration.
Simplify complex health, behavior change, and program workflows into experiences that feel clear, supportive, and easy to use. Create personalized and habit-forming product experiences that help members stay engaged and make progress over time. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and clinicians to shape product direction and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform design decisions, identify opportunities, and improve member outcomes. Contribute to and extend our design system by creating scalable patterns, components, and interaction models. Champion quality, accessibility, and inclusive design across the member experience.
Communicate design rationale clearly through flows, prototypes, frameworks, and storytelling that build alignment across teams.
