Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. This role is responsible for helping lead our domestic marketing media capital allocation engine, and launching it internationally. You’ll own channels like Linear TV, YouTube, and Out-of-Home, and work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals.
This is a key role in which you’ll be uniquely positioned to shape Ramp’s global growth by scaling some of the company’s fastest growing marketing media channels.
4+ years in a quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science role, where you’ve owned numbers and shaped meaningful outcomes. You’re exceptional with data, and can draw clear, defensible insights from noisy quantitative and qualitative signals. You like to build: you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium.
You’ve architected agentic systems or workflows to solve operational or strategic problems. You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy.
