Support onboarding, training, and daily operational performance of restaurant partners while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support the operational onboarding and activation of new restaurant partners.
Conduct on-ground training for restaurants on platform usage and best practices.
Assist in organizing onboarding, training sessions and setup of restaurant partnersMonitor daily operational performance and resolve issues proactively.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, sales, support) to close operational gaps.
What you’ll needBusiness Degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
