Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their Digitalization needs and challenges.
Liaise confidently and effectively with clients on a regular basis, addressing their inquiries, providing technical insights, and building strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
Ensure cohesive communication between the sales, pre-sales, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and successful implementation of our solutions.
Provide efficient and accurate technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical concerns, configuring solutions, and offering tailored recommendations to match client requirements.
