Customer Support Executive - Fashion

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in customer service within the fashion, garments, or women's wear industry and be passionate about providing excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via our social media platforms
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, fabric details, and order status.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Process order updates, exchanges, returns, and delivery-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support for fashion, garments, or women's wear brands.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Good understanding of women's clothing, sizing, and garment details.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer support tools is preferred.
