Information Technology Manager

We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of enterprise applications, infrastructure, and IT governance across a hospitality portfolio in Dubai.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and a mix of vendors and managed service providers to deliver initiatives that actually move the needle.

What you'll be doing

• Driving the IT roadmap across hospitality, F&B, and corporate functions, with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Leading end-to-end application delivery, from RFP and discovery through to go-live and handover to operations
• Overseeing enterprise platforms including POS, CRM, loyalty, guest engagement, and back-office systems
• Providing infrastructure oversight across properties, covering networks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and on-prem environments
• Managing vendors and MSPs, holding them accountable on SLAs, quality, and delivery
• Maintaining IT governance, risk, and compliance standards across applications and infrastructure
• Mentoring a small team and building technical capability across sites
• Supporting budgeting, procurement, and contract management

What we're looking for

• 10+ years across IT applications, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms
• Solid background in multi-vendor environments and managed services
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, or multi-site operations
• Strong grasp of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Comfortable communicating technical matters to non-technical stakeholders
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Nice to have:ITIL, PMP, COBIT, TOGAF, or cloud certifications (Azure/AWS)
• Exposure to digital transformation in complex, multi-system environments
