Position Summary
RISKTAL is a boutique management consulting firm that has been founded in Dubai - UAE with an objective of delivering high quality specialized advisory services in the fields of organizational risk management, management consultancy, internal audit, forensic services and professional specialized training.
RISKTAL Support Services Division is seeking an ambitious, energetic and innovative talent to join its team and be part of the growth of the Firm.
As an Information Technology Manager, you are expected to manage RISKTAL's Informational Technology and support the CEO and the operations team to achieve the Firm's goals.
Key Responsibilities *
Strategic
- Assist the team in developing the Firm's strategy.
- Develop and maintain the Firm's ICT policies and procedures.
- Manage the security of hardware and software of the Firm's ICT.
- Manage the Firm's ICT control environment.
- Accountable to the CEO for RISKTAL's ICT matters.
Operational
- Ensure continuity and streamlining of ICT functions.
- Manage and maintain the Firm's data base.
- Maintain the Firm's website and local network.
- Maintain the Firm's social media platforms.
- Ensure secure connectivity amongst the team.
- Manage the procurement and safeguard of the hardware and software.
- Manage all internal operations and information systems.
- Ensure that ICT is run to RISKTAL's systems and policies.
- Install and set up ICT software and hardware for the Firm.
- Update, implementations of new software and hardware.
- Manage external ICT suppliers.
- Manage log sheets and records related to ICT.
- Ensure existing network operating systems, software, and hardware are all updated.
- Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

- Practical experience is a must have, preferably with support services of a consulting firm for a minimum of 6 years.
Attributes that might give you an edge
- Bi-lingual capabilities (English and Arabic).
- Post graduate degree in Information Technology
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
- ICT professional certifications.
