We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and technology projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and performance of all IT systems while supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud, on-premises, servers, storage, virtualization, networks, and data center operations.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including firewalls, endpoint security, threat monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Ensure high availability and performance of critical business applications, including SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Drive infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Establish and monitor SLAs, IT governance standards, security policies, and operational procedures.
- Manage IT vendors, support partners, contracts, and annual technology budgets.
- Lead and develop IT support and infrastructure teams while providing technical and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security Management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, virtualization, servers, storage, and data center operations.
- Experience supporting SAP infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Proven track record in IT project management, service delivery, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, VMware, Microsoft Azure, or AWS are preferred.
