Applause is looking for a Launch Specialist to work directly with a global technology client's team based in Singapore. This PM-centric role is responsible for the end-to-end management of product and feature launches within the region. This role acts as a key coordinator across product, engineering, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities
[Launch Management]
- Manage comprehensive launch calendars to ensure timely and aligned releases.
- Coordinate and secure all necessary cross-functional approvals (Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.) throughout the launch lifecycle.
- Maintain strict adherence to launch processes and schedules.
[Operational Workflows (ID Pass Expansion)]
- Oversee the queue for dogfooder requests, including user management and periodic allow listing.
- Conduct triage for bugs reported by dogfood participants, utilizing AI playbooks and manual assertion as required.
- Manage and maintain saved searches and bug tracking for ID Pass features.
[Project Support]
- Assisting TPM to provide operational support for ongoing projects
- Collaborate with Engineering, Tech, and Product teams to resolve issues and drive projects toward launch milestones.
[Process Improvement]
- Follow and improve upon best practices for launch management and operational workflows.
- Manage project trackers and documentation to maintain transparency and project status visibility.
