Plan and Execute Video Production Projects: The Video Production Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing video production projects, from concept to completion. This includes creating project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring all aspects of the production run smoothly.

Collaborate with Team Members: The Video Production Coordinator will work closely with other members of the video production team, including producers, editors, and camera operators. They will be responsible for coordinating schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective communication between team members.

Manage Production Budget: The Video Production Coordinator will work within a designated production budget to ensure that all projects are completed within financial constraints. This includes managing expenses, negotiating with vendors, and finding cost-effective solutions for production needs.

Organize and Schedule Shoots: This position requires strong organizational skills, as the Video Production Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating video shoots. This includes securing locations, booking equipment, and coordinating with talent and crew members.
