About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Post Producer to join our ever-expanding post-production department. You will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end creative workflow, acting as the primary bridge between our internal creative talent and our clients. Essential Duties
- Production Management: Lead the end-to-end post-production lifecycle, from initial intake and scheduling to final delivery. Manage timelines, ensure milestones are met, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the workflow.
- Department Resourcing: Strategically manage department resources, ensuring the right talent (editors, colorists, motion designers) and tools are allocated effectively across multiple simultaneous projects to maintain high output without sacrificing quality.
- Client Relations & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Manage expectations, translate client feedback into clear, actionable creative direction, and maintain transparent communication regarding project status and deliverables.
- Project Oversight: Ensure final deliverables meet all technical specs and creative standards. Maintain high-level oversight of project budgets and schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Post Producer within the advertising, brand, or music video space.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships, handle complex feedback, and maintain a professional demeanor under tight deadlines.
- Organizational Mastery: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex project workflows, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of post-production technical processes is highly preferred. While this is not an edit role, a solid grasp of editorial, motion, color, and finish workflows is a significant bonus.
