Operate and maintain audio equipment and software to ensure high-quality audio production for Sirius XM Radio content.

Collaborate with producers, hosts, and other team members to create engaging and dynamic audio content.

Edit and mix recorded audio to meet company standards and client requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment and software.

Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in audio engineering to continuously improve processes and techniques.

Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to facilitate smooth production.

Assist in setting up and testing equipment for live broadcasts and events.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Prioritize and manage workload to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with other departments, such as programming and marketing, to ensure audio content aligns with company goals and objectives.

Uphold company policies and procedures regarding audio production and quality standards.

Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance and improve audio production processes and techniques.

Adhere to copyright and licensing laws when using music and other audio materials.

Provide support and training to interns and new audio engineering team members.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Sirius XM Radio both internally and externally.
