Quality Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill create and execute enterprise, web-based, services and client server applications test plans and cases and log defects. Strong analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements, as well as working understanding of functional testing required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create test cases, plans, and automated test scripts based on story-defined acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and other issues with software applications.
• Develop, verify, and manage change requests for each component of a project solution.
• Analyze and identify all issues in requirements and design and assist in providing resolutions.
• Prepare solid test cases that can be automated, executed, and logged.
• Raise traceability matrix to match the test scripts with the functional design document.
• Write SQL queries to perform backend and processing testing.
• Recommend actions to improve procedures and standards.
• Stay up to date on technical trends and emerging technology

Salary Range

$120,000-$140,000 a yearTCS Employee Benefits
