We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the Residential EV Charging initiative. The initiative's objective is to facilitate home charging for income-qualified customers using incentives for panel upgrades and circuit extensions.
Furthermore, it provides pathways for home EV charging installation without electrical upgrades. The program connects customers to qualified partners, offering rebates to reduce customer costs upon installation. The successful candidate will integrate PG&E’s residential electrification customer experience objectives into program design and execution.
The candidate should have a robust background in program and project management within regulated environments, solve problems effectively, and communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
This role demands addressing barriers to EV adoption, fostering collaboration, and employing data-driven methods for program development. Experience in transportation electrification, electric vehicles, and EVSE installation is highly preferred.
This position is a hybrid role, involving both remote work and assignments based on business needs within the service territory.
Salary will be influenced by various factors including skills, experience, and location. Candidates can participate in discretionary incentive compensation programs.
