Your Role

As a Product Manager on the Lifecycle Core team for our Employer Jobs Platform, you will direct the product's growth and implementation for our essential job lifecycle infrastructure. You’ll work independently, build trust with colleagues and leadership, and closely partner with engineering, data science, and fellow product teams to create significant value for employers and job seekers.

We seek someone with a passion for technology, who can navigate complex systems while remaining driven by customer satisfaction and business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product roadmap, ensuring progressive delivery toward our vision.
• Effectively communicate the roadmap and product strategy, securing alignment from leadership and collaborators.
• Act as the internal advocate for the customer, voicing their needs, opportunities, and product requirements.
• Establish and track product goals and success metrics.
• Adopt an agile approach to rapidly launch new features and leverage data to assess their effectiveness.
• Provide concise updates on roadmap progress and goals to leadership and team members.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without prior experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to define, plan, and develop products and features.
• A strong data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with APIs, data systems, and distributed architecture concepts; while coding or system design experience isn't mandatory, a technical curiosity to engage in architectural discussions is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role varies based on tiers in the United States, with a typical offer ranging from $104,000 to $216,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.
