As a Prime Cargo Delivery Driver, you will work for a DSP while representing the Amazon brand, ensuring packages are delivered accurately and on time.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Amazon Prime Cargo Delivery Driver, you will safely operate a delivery vehicle and manage the distribution of packages to homes, businesses, and apartment complexes. You will work independently while supporting your team and providing excellent customer service.

• Operate delivery vehicles, typically cargo vans, to transport Amazon packages.
• Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
• Use GPS navigation and follow directions through the Amazon mobile app.
• Deliver 150–300 packages per day, depending on route and area.
• Provide courteous and professional service during customer interactions.
• Scan, handle, and deliver packages accurately within scheduled timeframes.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle.
• Meet delivery goals for speed and accuracy while working independently.
• Support team members with additional deliveries or relay tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (Class D; CDL not required).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to safely operate a delivery van.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable entering and exiting vehicles and walking stairs during shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Proficiency with smartphone applications for navigation, tracking, and communication.
