Are you tired of chasing freight across the entire country? We are looking for Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Pacific Northwest regional lane. You will run a consistent route, get to know your regular customers, and take your truck home with you every other week.
We welcome recent driving school graduates and offer a structured, paid training program to get your career started on the right foot.
Position Overview
- Consistent Miles: 2,100 to 2,300 miles per week on a defined PNW lane.
- No-Touch Freight: 100% no-touch dry van. Lumpers are fully paid if unloading is ever required.
- Efficient Operations: 60% drop and hook so you spend less time waiting at docks.
- Predictable Home Time: Home every other week for a 34 to 48-hour restart. Your truck goes home with you.
- Dedicated Equipment: Assigned trucks only. No slip-seating, ever.
Equipment & Support
- 2022 and newer Freightliner, Kenworth T680, and International models.
- Automatic transmissions and APUs equipped on every truck for your comfort.
- 24/7 dispatch support always available while you are on the road.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly Gross Average: $1,200 to $1,500 (Paid weekly via direct deposit).
- Performance Bonuses: Up to an additional $0.08 CPM monthly for safety, fuel efficiency, and performance.

Entry-Level / Graduate Program
- Open to recent graduates with 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.
- 4 to 6-week paid training program at $650 per week.
- Regional training format ensures you are still home every other week during training.
- Rider and pet policies become available as soon as your training wraps up.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record: No major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years.
- No safety-related terminations from prior driving employment.
- Solid 10-year work history (gaps for school or certified training are acceptable).
- No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors within the last 10 years.
- Must pass a pre-employment DOT urine test and a hair follicle drug screen.
