Create and maintain purchase orders and procurement records.

Track and analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with department managers to understand their purchasing needs and provide support in sourcing and procuring necessary items.

Continuously review and improve purchasing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory purchasing policies and procedures.

Handle any issues or disputes with vendors, including returns, exchanges, and damaged items.

Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Maintain accurate and organized purchasing files and records.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management.

Assist with budget planning and forecasting for purchasing needs.

Train and support other staff members in procurement processes and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
