Entry-Level Logistics Operations Coordinator

In the Operations Control Center (OCC) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery handling, swiftly resolving queries, and exceeding our customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize open delivery orders within our extensive network of over 250 delivery partners.
• Oversee and coordinate time-sensitive last-mile deliveries.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating tours and charter requests within our delivery partner network.
• Work closely with our delivery partners to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Completed training in logistics or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics operations or transportation management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with partners and customers.
• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive approach and determination.
• Familiarity with logistics management software.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and basic proficiency in English.
