In this managerial role, you will lead teams, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities

• Lead transformative supply chain initiatives that enhance client operations and create competitive advantages.
• Design and implement strategic supply chain solutions, focusing on logistics and distribution management.
• Analyze intricate supply chain data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage client relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and expectations.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill enhancement and professional development.
• Utilize supply chain management software for improved process efficiency.
• Oversee budget management and cost accounting to meet financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise flexible and innovative supply chain strategies.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence and process improvement within engagements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder input and build consensus on supply chain strategies.

What You Must Have

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for study in fields such as Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
• Strong logistics and inventory management skills.
• Analytical thinking capabilities to tackle complex supply chain challenges.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation projects.
• Ability to effectively manage supply chain risks.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, alongside applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
