We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to support our warehouse and distribution operations and help ensure the accuracy and availability of products our customers depend on every day.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials and products are available to meet customer demand
- Perform cycle counts across facilities and investigate discrepancies
- Reconcile inventory variances and identify root causes
- Ensure products are properly received, stored, and accounted for
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including item setup and price updates
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
- Assist with reporting and documentation related to inventory activity
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization
- Help reduce excess and obsolete inventory
- Support system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and best practices
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (more with assistance)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and equipment exposure
