Scope of Position
Our Client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Supply Chain to lead and elevate the company's end-to-end supply chain function during a period of significant growth and transformation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for developing the supply chain strategy, optimizing processes, strengthening supplier and contract manufacturing relationships, and building the infrastructure required to support aggressive organic and acquisition-driven growth.

The Director of Supply Chain will serve as a key member of the leadership team and play a critical role in driving supply chain excellence, improving forecasting and inventory performance, supporting new product initiatives, and positioning the organization for continued domestic and international expansion.

International Supply Chain Operations
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics providers, and strategic partners.
- Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory management, and service levels while reducing stockouts and supply disruptions.
- Evaluate current supply chain processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to align supply chain priorities with business objectives.
- Support integration efforts related to future acquisitions and new brand launches.
- Develop KPIs and reporting processes to drive accountability and performance management across the supply chain organization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization, inventory productivity, service levels, and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as a member of the company leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and organizational development

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
- Experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions within:
Consumer Health
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Beauty / Cosmetics
Adjacent consumer product industries
- Strong experience managing contract manufacturing and external supplier relationships.
- Proven success in improving forecasting, inventory management, service levels, and supply chain performance.
- Experience supporting growth-oriented organizations, including scaling operations and integrating acquisitions.
- International supply chain experience, including imports, customs, overseas sourcing, and global supplier management.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience supporting products sold through major food, drug, and mass merchant channels as well as OTC.
- Exposure to healthcare, OTC, wellness, beauty, or personal care categories.
- Experience helping build or transform supply chain organizations in entrepreneurial or emerging-growth businesses.

First 90-Day Priorities
- Assess current supply chain processes, systems, capabilities, and organizational structure.
- Establish relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product Development.
- Evaluate inventory, forecasting, and service-level performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce stockouts and improve supply chain responsiveness.
- Develop a roadmap for strengthening the supply chain function to support future growth.
