We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Philadelphia Gas Works. This role will be responsible for managing the supply chain process and ensuring that all items in the supply chain are received in a timely manner.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of items.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply sources.
Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
Work with internal and external customers to manage the supply chain process.
Prepare reports on supply chain performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.
Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage and coordinate logistics activities, such as delivery schedules and transportation arrangements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that supply chain needs are met.
Proactively identify potential supply chain issues and develop creative solutions.
