About ChargerGoGo
ChargerGoGo is a growing company providing convenient mobile charging solutions across high-traffic venues, hospitality locations, entertainment spaces, and partner networks. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a hands-on operations leader who can manage logistics, support field execution, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure our charging units perform reliably in the market.
About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee logistics coordination, equipment movement, field support, technical troubleshooting, and on-site operational execution.
This role is responsible for making sure our units, parts, tools, and field teams are prepared to support installations, service visits, inventory movement, and customer needs. The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, hands-on, and comfortable moving between planning, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and on-site problem-solving.
This role requires Chinese-speaking ability to support communication with internal teams, vendors, partners, or customers.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys operational ownership, field work, technical support, and building scalable processes in a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Manage logistics planning for equipment deployment, retrieval, transfers, repairs, replacements, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate on-site operations for installations, service visits, troubleshooting, and partner location support.
- Provide first-line technical support for charging units, batteries, kiosks, software/app connectivity issues, and related equipment.
- Diagnose common hardware, connectivity, power, charging, and operational issues in the field.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal or external support teams.
- Oversee warehouse, storage, shipping, receiving, and distribution processes.
- Track inventory levels, unit availability, spare parts, tools, and operational supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status, repairs, deployments, service visits, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with field teams, customer success, sales, vendors, venue partners, and leadership to ensure timely execution.
- Support preventative maintenance, quality checks, and equipment readiness before deployment.
- Monitor downtime, service response times, logistics costs, inventory accuracy, and operational bottlenecks.
- Identify recurring technical or operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Help develop scalable workflows for field operations, technical support, repairs, and multi-location logistics.
- Represent the company professionally during on-site visits with customers, venue staff, and partners.
- Ability to speak Chinese for communication with vendors, partners, or customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, field operations, technical support, warehouse operations, hardware operations, service operations, or a related role.
- Experience coordinating equipment movement, inventory, installations, service visits, or multi-location operations.
- Hands-on troubleshooting ability with hardware, devices, connectivity, power, charging equipment, kiosks, or similar technical products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize urgent operational and technical issues.
- Clear communication and strong follow-through with internal teams, vendors, customers, and venue partners.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, tracking tools, inventory systems, ticketing systems, or operations software.
- Ability to work independently in the field while keeping stakeholders updated.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical fixes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on, growth-stage environment.
- Ability to lift, move, set up, or inspect equipment as needed for field operations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup, high-growth company, vending, hardware, field services, hospitality, retail operations, consumer electronics, or multi-location business.
- Experience supporting battery-powered devices, kiosks, charging stations, IoT devices, POS systems, vending machines, or connected hardware.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, inventory management platforms, route planning, asset tracking, or ERP tools.
- Experience managing drivers, technicians, warehouse staff, vendors, or field service providers.
- Basic understanding of networking, app connectivity, device pairing, firmware updates, or hardware diagnostics.
- Forklift, warehouse safety, OSHA, or logistics-related certifications.
What Success Looks Like
- Equipment, parts, tools, and units are accurately tracked and available when needed.
- Installations, service visits, transfers, and retrievals are completed on time.
- Technical issues are diagnosed quickly, documented clearly, and resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Charging units are field-ready, operational, and maintained to reduce downtime.
- Field teams, customer success, and venue partners receive timely support and clear communication.
- Inventory accuracy, service response times, and operational reliability improve over time.
- Recurring technical or logistics issues are identified and addressed through better processes.
- Logistics and on-site operations scale effectively as ChargerGoGo expands.

- Hands-on role with direct ownership over logistics, field operations, and technical support.
- Opportunity to make a visible impact on customer experience and unit performance.
- Exposure to operations, customer success, technology, vendors, and company leadership.
- Growth opportunity as the company expands into more venues and markets.
